9.57lbs! Gibson Les Paul Custom 1958 – Black

This lovely Les Paul comes to us from the wife of the original owner! The guitar is all original minus the tone capacitors and pickup mounting screws switched to flatheads. All 3 PAFs are original and sound fantastic! The neck is super comfortable and the guitar even sports its original fretless wonder frets. The story goes that the original owner received the guitar as a gift from his mother, but did not play a whole lot. When he joined the army and was stationed in Germany, he had the guitar shipped over and the headstock broke. The headstock was repaired long ago and the repair was very well done. The guitar is overall in quite nice shape with some age appropriate wear and checking. It comes with the desirable original Lifton case. It weighs 9.57 lbs and is a very resonant guitar that is a joy to play plugged in or even acoustically.
