Gibson F-5 1957 – Sunburst – Flame – One Owner!

This very sweet mandolin comes to us from the son of the original owner in Tempe, AZ! The mandolin has a wonderful acoustic voice with plenty of chop and projection and a nice warmth and sweetness. It was “electrified” at some point and has a dearmond pickup and an added output jack into the lower side of the instrument. The pickguard has also been carved a little to accommodate the pickup. Get your Tiny Moore on and pick this thing through an amp, or remove the pickup and play it unplugged! The Mandolin comes with the original hard case. There is some medium fret wear in the lower registers but the mandolin plays wonderfully with no fretting out. The mando is in great shape overall with just some light cosmetic wear throughout.
